Refine operations, improve performance, address gaps and build the internal capacity that will allow the business to operate without external support.
Transfer Knowledge and Ownership
Systematically transfer operational knowledge, relationships, decision-making authority and ownership to the people and organization who will carry the work forward.
Independent Operation
The business operates independently. FRC's involvement ends. The objective was never dependence — it was a business that works on its own.
