Olami Roth has worked in the accounting industry for 20+ years as a versatile change agent who leads organizations to their next chapter of growth and long-term success. Olami is an award-winning accountant and has been successful in building an Indigenous-owned accounting firm with her business partner Meagan Schroder, a member of Bigstone Cree Nation.
Olami excels at developing, translating, and aligning strategy with the organization’s vision and goals while building relationships and consensus at all levels. Her commitment is to drive transformational change which results in long-term financial and operational sustainability and growth. Through leading by example, and fostering an environment of open communication, motivation, and engagement among management teams and employees, Olami is known to deliver exceptional results (even with limited resources).
Her vision is for FRC Group to be a place where Indigenous communities and entities go to build businesses. Working with Indigenous communities over the years, Olami has recognized that many are not able to access resources needed for long-term sustainable business success.
“The driving force behind my work is the belief that together, we can achieve anything.”

Shane Freeman
Chief Operations Manager/Aboriginal Liaison
Shane Freeman is a Member of Driftpile First Nation where he is a resident. Shane has accumulated a vast amount of experience from working in oil and gas, mining, and construction industries through multiple provinces in Canada, from the Arctic to southern regions. During this time, he has held positions from supervisor to general manager.
Working with Indigenous communities, Shane has experienced first-hand the many barriers in business experiences, trying to create long-term opportunities to become industry leaders– the main being, the lack of access to available resources. Shane’s vision is to create opportunities to access these resources rather than having to navigate onerous processes with big organizations that are only obligated to create relationships with Indigenous people and communities.
“Indigenous communities need to unite to become industry leaders, as the stewards of the land.”
