From Fragmented Supports to Structured Progress
Too many Indigenous communities and businesses face the same challenge: plenty of programs, consultants, and good intentions — but no clear path from where they are to where they want to be.
FRC Group was built to close that gap. We provide the advisory, governance, and implementation support that turns ideas into operating businesses and community goals into funded, sustainable projects.
Based in Driftpile First Nation with offices in Calgary and Edmonton, we serve communities across Alberta. Our team combines deep understanding of Indigenous governance and community dynamics with practical business expertise.
